Refund Eligibility

• Refunds are applicable only for duplicate transactions or if a technical issue occurred during payment.

• Once a training program, session, or course has started, no refund will be issued.

• Requests for refunds must be made within 7 days of the transaction date.

• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Non-Refundable Payments

All payments for confirmed sessions, workshops, or digital materials are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
