*People of the kingdom of Jesus Christ* _Luke 11:14-23_

We have been saying that we identify ourselves with Christ in His kingdom and we are making it known, loud and clear that we have nothing to do with the kingdom of darkness. We have been emphasising, repeatedly, that there is no option for dual citizenship.

How are we sealed into the kingdom of Jesus? We are sealed by the Holy Spirit _Matthew 12:28._ The Holy Spirit is guaranteeing our inheritance in the kingdom of Christ _Ephesians 1:13-14_ because we are overcoming the works of the kingdom of satan, by His Holy Spirit and not by the flesh. So, we are being affirmed, everyday, by the Holy Spirit that we are people of the kingdom of Christ because of the warfare in which we are engaged in and overcoming, against the flesh and the world, which is controlled by satan _Ephesians 2:2-3._

The church is build Jesus Christ, the Son of the living God, the declaration that Peter made, when he was being led by the Holy Spirit _Matthew 16:18._ The gates of hades shall not prevail against the church. Gates represent authorities, rulers, powers, systems and structures that satan controls and directs. The church is the only organisation or body that has powers over that of the satan’s kingdom and rule. We, as the church must realise and recognise, our immensely high position that we hold in executing the principles of the rule of Christ, here on earth. Are we even aware of our position, let alone executing the mind and plans of Christ here on earth?

The keys of the kingdom of heaven are given to the church. We are expected to bind on earth, those things that satan is executing with the keys that have been given to us and we are expected to unlock the rule of the kingdom of Christ into those areas, where earlier satan has been controlling _Matthew 16:19._

Eph 3:10 to the intent that now the manifold wisdom of God might be made known by the church to the principalities and powers in the heavenly places,

Eph 2:1-7 And you He made alive, who were dead in trespasses and sins, (2) in which you once walked according to the course of this world, according to the prince of the power of the air, the spirit who now works in the sons of disobedience, (3) among whom also we all once conducted ourselves in the lusts of our flesh, fulfilling the desires of the flesh and of the mind, and were by nature children of wrath, just as the others. (4) But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, (5) even when we were dead in trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved), (6) and raised us up together, and made us sit together in the heavenly places in Christ Jesus, (7) that in the ages to come He might show the exceeding riches of His grace in His kindness toward us in Christ Jesus.
